Why have my runners broken?

The most likely causes are that the frame the doors run in is not completely square/parallel or the bottom track/frame has been laid onto a carpet.

Please also ensure there are no obstacles eg. boxes, clothes etc. which are obstructing the free running of the doors.

We would suggest you consider the above problems before refitting your doors with new runners.
